The valuation provided constitutes a market-related opinion only and does not represent a certified valuation unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
VMR does not guarantee:
- vehicle condition,
- future mechanical reliability,
- absence of hidden defects,
- future resale value,
- or that any third party will purchase the vehicle at the indicated value.
Latent or concealed defects may exist and may not have been detected during inspection.
VMR strongly recommends that customers obtain independent mechanical and technical inspections before concluding any purchase or sale transaction.
Should a customer require a more comprehensive mechanical or technical inspection, VMR may, upon the customer’s request and at an additional agreed cost, facilitate such inspections through approved RMI-accredited partners or suitably qualified service providers.
VMR may also facilitate certified valuations through an independent registered valuation company should the customer require formal valuations for insurance, legal, financing, accounting, estate, or related purposes.
Any such additional inspections or valuations shall be subject to separate quotation, approval, and terms of engagement, with the associated costs to be agreed upon in advance by the customer.
The customer acknowledges that:
- the report is used at their own risk,
- independent inspections may still be required,
- and VMR accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance upon this report.
